Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults.

7. Do you offer returns for change of mind?

Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.
